Meet the Cast Part 2!

It’s time to meet more of the cast of Jekyll & Hyde. Only two more weekends to see this amazing and talented cast perform!

Rebecca Bradley

Rebecca Bradley (Nellie) is thrilled to be making her SCP debut in Jekyll & Hyde after numerous years of performing solely from the classical repertoire. Rebecca was last seen performing with Opera San Jose in their production of Madama Butterfly. Previous credits include OSJ productions of Carmen, La Boheme, L’italiana en Algeri, and Rigoletto.

Sarah Birdsall

Sarah Birdsall (Lady Beaconsfield) is thrilled to be returning to the SCP stage! Favorite past roles include: Jean Louise Finch (To Kill a Mockingbird, Hillbarn), Thea (Spring Awakening, SCP), Holly (The Elves and the Shoemaker, CTC), and the Narrator (Charlotte’s Web, CTC). Sarah holds a BA in Dramatic Arts and spends her days helping patients see their best with Laser Vision Correction! Thanks to Mom, Dad, Matt and Lauren for all their love and support. Philippians 4:6.

Dan Chase

Dan Chase (General Lord Glossop) is thrilled to be making his musical debut this season with SCP after a long absence from the stage. His last performance in a musical was more than two decades ago, playing the role of Snoopy in You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown – featured among premier high school productions as part of Edinburgh Festival Fringe in Scotland. Dan would like to thank the creative team, the cast, and crew for all of their hard work making this production possible.

Doug Greer

Doug Greer (Simon Stride) is pumped to be making his SCP debut! Favorite past roles include Kipps in The Woman in Black (PSP), Joey in Sister Act (RCCT), and dancing in the ensembles of Legally Blonde and Cabaret (Hillbarn). Doug also recently directed Heathers (PSP) and will next be directing Newsies (Hillbarn). Special thanks go out to Jon for always supporting him.

Tyler Harding

Tyler Harding (Spider) is thrilled to be making his SCP debut! Past Bay Area credits include Collins in Rent, Cpt. Walker in The Who’s Tommy, (CMTSJ), Diesel in West Side Story (CMTSJ and Hillbarn), and most recently, Ernie in Sister Act (BBB). Following the production, Tyler is traveling to the Big Apple to continue his Musical Theatre B.F.A. at AMDA!

Matthew La Rochelle

Matthew La Rochelle (Lord Savage) is very excited to make his SCP debut as Lord Savage. Previously he has performed with San Jose Lyric Theatre in the role of Curly in Oklahoma and with Opera San Jose covering the roles of Marchese d’Obigny in La Traviata as well as the Minister in Alma Deutscher’s Cinderella.

Dane Lentz

Dane K. Lentz (Bisset, Co-Dance Captain) is back for his seventh show with SCP. He was recently seen in CLTC’s Eurydice. Favorite credits: Shrek (Shrek, TVRT), Hairspray (Corny Collins, Stage 1/Ohlone), Bonnie & Clyde (Buck Barrow, Stage 1), Rent (Ensemble, SCP). Dane works as an ASL interpreter, and his talents have been seen on ESPN and in various houses around the Bay. Love to Mom. ~Colossians 3:17~

David Murphy

David Murphy (G. John Utterson) wishes this show had more power chords. Favorite Bay Area roles include Smudge in Forever Plaid (Lucky Penny Productions, SBMT), Judge Turpin in Sweeney Todd (CMTSJ), Lurch in The Addams Family (PAP, Cabrillo Stage, Berkeley Playhouse); and the Proprietor in Assassins (LASC).

Steve Sammonds

Steve Sammonds (Sir Danvers Carew) is thrilled to make his SCP debut. Past shows: Mame (Linsday), Gypsy (Uncle Jocko), Fiorello (Hack), and The Hunchback of Notre Dame (Choir), at SBMT; Fiddler on the Roof (Mordcha), Catch Me If You Can (Roger Strong), and The Will Rogers Follies (Wiley Post) at WVLO. Past Music Director of The Peninsulaires Chorus.

Jeffrey Tuttle

Jeff Tuttle (Sir Archibald Proops) is happy to be back performing with SCP after last performing with them in 1985 in Fiddler on the Roof. In between Jeff has performed in many SBMT and WVLO shows as ensemble. His favorite role was as a featured dancer in WVLO’s Oklahoma.

Randy Wise

Randy Wise (The Bishop of Basingstoke) would like to thank his wife and daughter Allison for all their support.
